A man was left with injuries following a suspected stabbing in north Dublin last night.
The incident happened in the Ballygall area of Finglas East just before 9.30pm last night. The man was left with injuries which are believed to not be life threatening.
Gardai are investigating the incident but no arrests have been made so far. A garda spokeswoman told Dublin Live: "Gardaí attended the scene of an assault this evening at Ballygall Crescent at approximately 9.20p.m. 1 February, 2023. A man was removed from the scene with non-life threatening injuries, investigations ongoing."

It's the latest incident in a number of attacks that have happened in the capital in recent weeks. Gardai last night appealed for a taxi driver to come forward who brought a white man and white woman, both in their 20s, to a location on the Cappagh Road in Finglas in the early hours of Friday.
A garda spokesman said: "An Garda Siochana is aware of a significant volume of misinformation and disinformation in circulation with regards to this ongoing investigation. For clarity, Gardaí are following a definite line of enquiry and are not looking for anyone else at this time.
"The taxi driver or anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to come forward and contact Finglas Garda Station on 01 6667500, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station. No arrests have been made. Investigations are ongoing."
