Investigating officer PC Brandon Fairbrother-Clarke, of British Transport Police, said: "Quinn showed no remorse for this violent assault on a member of staff who was simply doing his job.”

"Violence and abuse of retail staff will not be tolerated and those who, like Quinn, think station staff are fair game, will be dealt with robustly and brought before the courts."
