A man was injured after a car and motorbike crashed on a busy road between Sherwood and Bestwood. Police were called at 3.27pm to Edwards Lane on Tuesday, July 11 after a collision between a car and a motorcycle.
One man suffered injuries in the crash, but Nottinghamshire Police said these are not believed to be life threatening of life altering in nature. The road was temporarily closed but has now been reopened.
Police have asked any witnesses to call 101, quoting incident 411 of July 11, 2023. NCT buses reported the disruption near the Oxclose Lane police station in Arnold at around 4.20pm on Tuesday, July 11.
Due to the crash, the operator's purple line services were diverted in both directions. Services used Arnold Lane and Hartcroft Road between Beckhampton and Edwards Lane.
