A man has been attacked by a group of men armed with knives and hammers in Newtownards.
The attack was reported at a property on the Upper Movilla Road in the Co Down town on Sunday.
Police believe up to six men, armed with knives and hammers, may have been involved in the assault, which happened at around 2.20pm.

The victim was taken to hospital afterwards where he has been treated for his injuries.
PSNI Detective Sergeant Cargin said: “I would appeal to anyone who may have been in the area and witnessed the assault or to anyone who may have footage that could assist with our enquiries, is asked to get in touch on 101 quoting reference 2248 of 28/08/22.”
