A Dundee man has appeared in court accused of attempted murder following an alleged incident in Lochee earlier this week.

Alongside attempted murder, the 44-year-old was also accused of resisting, obstructing and hindering police and two breaches of bail.
He made no plea or declaration and was remanded in custody as enquiries continued.
