A man in his 40s was rushed to hospital after being stabbed at Templar House in Kilburn.
He was found with knife wounds at Templar House near Garlinge Road shortly after 7.30pm on Friday and rushed to a nearby infirmary by London Ambulance Service.
The man’s condition is non life-threatening, the Met said.
The Metropolitan Police has launched an urgent probe following the incident.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called to Templar House at 19.35hrs on Friday, 11 October to reports of a stabbing.
"Officers attended along with paramedics from London Ambulance Service (LAS).
"A man in his 40s was found with stab wounds. He has been taken to hospital.
"A crime scene has been put in place. There have been no arrests."
Garlinge Road is only a stone’s throw from Kilburn railway station.
