A man was shot and killed during an argument in an Englewood business Monday afternoon, police said.
Elijah Suggs, 20, was shot around 2:50 p.m. at a retail store in the 6600 block of South Morgan Avenue, Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
He was struck in the armpit and taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police and the medical examiner’s office said.
Police initially said Suggs was 21, then said he was 17 in an update. The medical examiner’s office said he was 20.
