A man who appeared in a video engaging in sex acts in Concert Square, has finally appeared in court.
Joe Firby, 23, from Gateshead, admitting engaging in sexual acts with Kelly Cousins, 35, in Concert Square, Liverpool on the night of August 1. The pair met each other in the gym, and subsequently went on a date in Liverpool City Centre where they drank heavily.
Near midnight, the couple began performing sexual acts on each other in Concert Square, and members of the public filmed the interaction before posting it on social media.

The videos were shared thousands of times online, including by Cousins herself, which alerted Merseyside police to the incident, and led to both parties being charged.
On Wednesday in Liverpool Magistrates Court, Firby pled guilty to committing an act of outraging public decency. He is due to be sentenced in the new year.
Firby previously had a warrant issued for his arrest after failing to appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court in September. He claimed he could not afford to get to court due to the recent loss of his job.
Cousins, who also pled guilty to the offence, was recently given a 10 week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and ordered to complete 40 hours of unpaid work and 25 Rehabilitation Activity days with the Probation Service.
