Police have closed off the entrance of a popular Scots walking spot following the sudden death of a man.
Emergency services have been seen on Drummore Road by Garscadden Woods in Drumchapel, Glasgow, following the incident on Thursday afternoon, June 29.
Officers from Police Scotland have now confirmed that the man passed away in the wooded area and the death is being treated as "unexplained".
Ambulance and police remain at the scene this evening.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3pm on Thursday, 29 June, 2023, police were called to the Garscadden Woods area of Glasgow following the sudden death of a man.
“The death is being treated as unexplained and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
