A man has been found dead inside a unit gutted by fire in the Queensland suburb of Bundaberg East.
Emergency services were called to the Ann St unit about 5.45am on Saturday.
The man's body was found inside and a crime scene was declared.
Police say the fire is not being treated as suspicious.
Queensland Ambulance Service said two other people were also assessed by paramedics but were in stable conditions.
