Man flashed people on bus in front of horrified passengers

A man flashed on a bus in front of shocked passengers.

The incident took place on a bus travelling through St Helens town centre on Wednesday, May 18 at around 9.50am. Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to in relation to the incident.

Inspector Laura Leach said: "Incidents such as these can cause real distress to any victim and are completely inappropriate. Everyone should be able to use public transport and feel safe.

"Our informant was left shocked and understandably upset by this horrific incident and did the right thing in contacting us. While some months have passed since the incident, any information you hold could be vital to our enquiries."

Stolen Audi driven wrong way down the M57 to escape police

Merseyside police stopped a stolen Audi travelling up the wrong way of the M57.

Officers stopped a stolen Audi, that was also driving with false plates, after it tried to escape police on the M57. The driver took the "stupid and selfish" decision to drive along the hard shoulder and up the wrong lane, putting other motorists at risk.

Roads Policing Unit tweeted: "The driver of a stolen Audi on false plates made the stupid & selfish decision to drive the wrong way down the M57 along the hard shoulder to get away. Vehicle was recovered for CSI and will be returned to its rightful owner."

Boris Johnson faces PMQs as he faces more resignations - live updates

We'll have the latest updates from PMQs as Prime Minister Boris Johnson faces mounting pressure to resign.

Last night, Chancellor Rishi Sunak and Health Secretary Sajid Javid resigned from the cabinet. More resignations from junior ministers have followed into today.

Boris Johnson is currently facing MPs in today's (June 6) PMQs. He arrived in the Chamber and said 'today is a big day' to loud laughs from all sides.
