Police have arrested a 44-year-old man over the fatal shooting of a man in Adelaide's south-west on Sunday.
They made the arrest at a house in Park Holme at about 11pm last night.
Police say the accused man is expected to be charged with murder later today.
Glenn Holton, a 41-year-old father, was found with a gunshot wound about 9:30pm on Dunorlan Road at Edwardstown.
He was rushed to the Flinders Medical Centre in a critical condition, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police say the arrested man is known to the alleged victim and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
Detectives yesterday released CCTV showing three vehicles driving east on Dunorlan Road towards South Road around the time of the incident, and have appealed for the drivers to come forward.
Police said the first two vehicles appeared to be small white hatchbacks or sedans, while the third looked like a white SUV.
They believe the drivers may have seen the victim, a man riding a pushbike and "possibly a third person in the street".
Police have asked anyone who was in Dunorlan Road between 8:30pm and 9:30pm on Sunday, or has dashcam footage from the area, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Police yesterday seized a white Toyota Camry in a nearby street which they believed belonged to Mr Holton.
It is being forensically tested.
Detective Inspector Martin McEachern said Mr Holton was known to police.
"It is unusual for Adelaide for someone to be shot in a suburban street on a Sunday evening, and it's certainly of great concern to us and to the community," he said.
