A man who was involved in an accident on a farm in Longford in March has passed away, the HSA has confirmed.
The suckler farmer was from the Carrickboy area of Co Longford.
The man, who was been named as Kevin Skelly, was injured after falling off bales from a height.

He was discovered by a family member at around 7pm on March 28 and was airlifted to Beaumont Hospital.
Kevin had remained in a very serious condition over the last six weeks before he passed away last night.
Investigations by the Health and Safety Authority into the incident are underway, with the organisation confirming the death had been reported to them.
A statement from the HSA to the Irish Mirror said: “The fatality has been reported to the HSA.
“An investigation is already underway into this incident and is ongoing.”
Kevin is survived by his mother Imelda, his wife Catherine, his four children Joseph, Sarah, John and Ruth, his sisters and wider family.
Gavin White, chair of the Irish Farmers’ Association (IFA) Longford executive, told the Irish Mirror: "Kevin was a true family man and a beef farmer.
"He enjoyed nothing more than going to the mart or going to a football match.
"Sympathies to his wife, his four kids, his mothers, sisters and his extended family."
Arrangements for Kevin's funeral have not yet been published.
