A man has died after a Scots trawler capsized off Norway.
The Peterhead -registered Njord got into difficulty in the North Sea, reports the BBC.
According to the Norwegian Joint Rescue Co-ordination Centre, the alarm was raised at about 13:39 on Sunday, March 6.
The vessel was around 100 nautical miles west of Stavanger, a city in southwestern Norway, when the tragedy unfolded.
Seven crew members in total were rescued from the freezing sea.
Three crew members were airlifted to Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen by rescue helicopter.
A spokesman for the JRCC revealed all three had inhaled diesel.
One man was later tragically pronounced dead.
