A man has died after falling from scaffolding in the Kinning Park area.
Emergency services were called to Houston Street around 2pm on Thursday after the alarm was raised.
It is understood the man fell from the structure while working on a site in the estate, reports the Daily Record. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police Scotland has now launched an investigation to piece together exactly what happened.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 2pm on Thursday, November 3, we received a report of an industrial accident at a premises in Houston Street, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and a man was pronounced dead at the scene. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
The Health and Safety Executive has been contacted for comment.
