Jack Grealish is the only absentee for Manchester City as the holders look to finish the job against FC Copenhagen to reach the Champions League quarter-finals.
The forward's groin injury is expected to rule him out for the majority of the month, though speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Guardiola confirmed he was unsure when Grealish would return.
He said: "Tomorrow he is not ready and I don't know when he will be."
Josko Gvardiol is fit again and was included in the matchday squad for the win over Manchester City, so could start to give Nathan Ake a rest. Manuel Akanji could also come in.
Guardiola could make a few changes given City's 3-1 advantage on aggregate, so the likes of Julian Alvarez, Oscar Bobb and Rico Lewis could all come in.
