Manchester City have reportedly added yet another exciting English youngster to their academy set-up.
City are renowned as a forward thinking club, and they appear keen to live up to that reputation. Multiple reports from the likes of Fabrizio Romano and the Sheffield Star claim that City have reached an agreement to sign under-15 talent Kylan Midwood from Sheffield United.
The talented youngster is the latest exciting prospect to come out of the academy of a club that produced City defender Kyle Walker and his England teammate Harry Maguire.
The Blues have reportedly beaten the likes of Liverpool, Newcastle, Chelsea and Leeds to the player's signature, further evidence of just how highly the City Football Academy is regarded as a destination for the best young players around.

Meanwhile, former City striker Wilfried Bony could be about to find his new club.
Bony, who spent two years on City's books after the Blues signed him from Swansea for £28m in January 2015, has been without a club for over a year. This week the news broke that the Ivorian striker has been training with League Two side Newport County - as he has done in the past - and that he in fact scored the winning goal in a friendly on Tuesday.
Speaking this week, Newport manager Graham Coughlan did not rule out the possibility of signing the 34-year-old.
"Wilf is in the building, so in regards to the January transfer window, it wouldn't take any settling in. There is always a possibility," Coughlan said.
"We've offered Wilf the use of the training facilities and he has been different class, he's been a great lad, his knowledge, his experience around the place has been brilliant with the young lads.
"You never say never in football and if Wilf was up for it and he wanted, we would certainly sit and talk to him. If he raised his fitness levels we could have that conversation, I am open to anything."
