Man City star Jack Grealish in second World Cup tribute to 12-year-old disabled superfan Finlay Fisher

Jack Grealish has sported a new top while away on England duty - designed by 12-year-old fan Finlay Fisher.

Grealish surprised Manchester City fan Finlay before the World Cup after the youngster, who has cerebral palsy, wrote a letter to thank him for his support for the disabled community. Grealish's sister has cerebral palsy, and he promised Finlay he would do a celebration of his choice the next time he scored.

That goal came in the World Cup in England's 6-2 win over Iran, with Grealish keeping his promise and dancing 'the worm' to the delight of Finlay and his family.

Grealish video-called Finlay after the Iran game, and now the friendship has continued with the City man posing for a photo in a t-shirt with the worm celebration depicted. Finlay had designed the Nike top, and when it was sent out to Qatar to the England camp, Grealish took time to pose like his friend in the new t-shirt.

Unveiling the design ahead of England's game against Senegal on Sunday, Twitter account Art of Football posted: "Moment made! Jack Grealish wearing Finlay’s design ahead of tonight’s game. These moments of wholesome connection are priceless.

"From every player to every fan across the country, when we say we are behind this England team, this is why. Welcome to the team."

Grealish has been widely praised for his friendship with Finlay, and he has continued his good form from the Iran game with solid cameos against USA, Wales and Senegal.
