Man City players and partners celebrate title victory at Manchester nightclub
Manchester City's players hit the town on Sunday night after lifting the Premier League title.
City's status as champions was confirmed on Saturday as Arsenal's end-of-season capitulation continued with a loss to Nottingham Forest, but they had to wait another day to get their hands on the trophy after the home game against Chelsea.
The Gunners' defeat was the cue for Pep Guardiola to ring the changes against Chelsea. Nine in total were made including first Premier League starts for the club for Kalvin Phillips and Sergio Gomez.

Despite not needing to win, the Blues hit the front on 12 minutes thanks to Julian Alvarez's calm finish underneath Kepa Arrizabalaga. The game fell into a contest reminiscent of a pre-season encounter as neither side looked too determined to add to the scoreline.

Man City made request to Sky Sports over Ilkay Gundogan interview amid contract uncertainty
Manchester City 'made it clear' that Sky Sports were not to ask Ilkay Gundogan questions over his future during Sunday's trophy parade, as uncertainty over his time at the Etihad intensifies.
Club captain Gundogan led the celebrations as City were handed their third straight Premier League title on Sunday, following a comfortable 1-0 win against Chelsea. The Blues were confirmed as champions 24 hours before kicking off, with Arsenal's defeat at Nottingham Forest on Saturday leaving them four points short with one game left to play.
The German international has led his City side throughout the season, particularly in recent weeks where he chipped in with braces against both Leeds United and Everton. But his continued influence has only highlighted the issue of his future beyond the summer.
