Man City player ratings vs Leicester as Stones and Grealish shine

Ederson: After one of his busiest game of the season against Bayern, it was another soft goal to concede but he then saved well from Maddison. 7

Walker: Full of energy after some time on the bench, pushing forward regularly and keeping the pressure on Leicester. 7

Dias: Fell over as a Leicester cross came in in the second half in a sign that he is still human. 7

Stones: A terrific goal backed up by his defending earned him 45 minutes off. 8

Laporte: A much-needed start even if it came at left-back and the defender barely put a foot wrong. 7

Rodri: A solid day at the office against an opponent that didn't give him too much trouble. 7

De Bruyne: Continued his recent renaissance and picked up a 15th league assist of the season. 7

Bernardo: Picked up a harsh booking back in more of a central role but ticked things along nicely in Gundogan's absence. 7

Mahrez: Worked back well to help out in defence and tested Iversen with a dipping effort. 7

Grealish: Instrumental in City's attacking play all day and his confidence shone through with every touch. 8

Haaland: Confident with the penalty and clinical with his second. A 45-minute masterclass. 8
