Manchester City paid a poignant tribute to those who lost their lives in the Cresslough petrol station tragedy earlier this month.
Upon a request from the Donegal branch of the City Supporters Club, the Premier League champions featured a reflective tribute to the ten people who passed away on October 7.
It read: "The members of the Donegal Branch were shocked and saddened by the events in Creeslough in our beautiful county of Donegal on Friday, October 7, when a tragic accident resulted in the deaths of 10 people in the village, including three children, the youngest of which was a little 5-year-old girl.

"A dark cloud hangs over Donegal and an area that will take a long time to heal from the events of that fateful afternoon.
"To all the families and friends of those bereaved we send our deepest condolences. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamacha."
The kind gesture is the latest to come from the footballing world after Amber Barrett immediately marked her landmark goal that sent Ireland's women on their way to their first ever World Cup by kneeling and pointing to the black armband she and teammates wore on the night.
In an emotionally-fraught post-match interview she eloquently reflected on the awful loss her county had gone through.
She herself has family members living in the village to this day so it became an instantly unforgettable moment in Irish footballing history.
The striker told RTE: “I know Creeslough like the back of my hand.
“Both my grandparents were Creeslough born and bred and I spent my whole upbringing there; the summers and Christmases and every year, I go back from football, I go my uncle who’s still living down in Creeslough.
“I know people that died in the tragedy, I know people who were affected by the tragedy. I know people who were first on the scene at the tragedy.”
Another Donegal native then in men's captain Seamus Coleman also expressed his condolences to the families who lost loved ones in the explosion.
The Everton skipper said: “Having been born and raised in the county, I know first-hand how tight-knit the communities are.
“The immediate reaction of the emergency services, local residents and passers-by who put themselves at right to help others is an example of the spirit and togetherness of the entire county.
“May the 10 people who have lost their lives rest in peace: Shauna Flanagan Garwe, Robert Garwe, Leona Harper, Hugh Kelly, Jessica Gallagher, Martin McGill, James O’Flaherty, Martina Martin, Catherine O’Donnell, James Monaghan.”
