La Liga president hints at move for Man City's Bernardo Silva despite Barcelona financial issues

La Liga president Javier Tebas has hinted that Bernardo Silva could still join Barcelona from Manchester City despite Barca's financial struggles.

High player wages have led to some of the club's biggest stars, like Lionel Messi, leaving because the Catalan side could not afford to keep them.

Despite all of this, Tebas believes that Barcelona could still swoop for Silva and Robert Lewandowski without hindering their financial status further.
