A 41-year-old man has been charged with the murder of two men, after their bodies were found in an inner Sydney unit on the weekend.
Police found the bodies of the pair, aged 32 and 52, when they were called to the apartment on Cleveland St in Redfern just before midnight on Saturday.
Police were responding to a welfare call at the boarding house, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
Strike Force Menlow has been established to investigate the deaths.
Police arrested a 41-year-old man at Redfern on Monday afternoon and will allege in court the men all knew each other.
A crime scene warrant was executed at the man's apartment and police seized a number of items for forensic examination.
The man was taken to Mascot Police Station and charged with two counts of murder, and was refused bail to appear at Central Local Court on Tuesday.
Police will issue an update on the case on Tuesday.
