A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an assault and road traffic offences after an incident in East Kilbride.
It happened in the area of Whirlies Roundabout and the A725 around 9.30am on Saturday, June 18.
A 24-year-old man received treatment at Wishaw General for serious injuries.
Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101.
