A man has been arrested and charged following an attempted murder at the weekend.
A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged following the incident in Livingston.
It happened occurred around 12.15am on Sunday in Shiel Walk, Craigshill in Livingston, where a 53-year-old man was found injured.
He was rushed to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment with his condition described as “serious but stable”.
A 36-year-old man is due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court today.
A police spokesperson said: “A 36-year-old man has been arrested and charged following an attempted murder in Livingston.
The incident occurred around 12.15am on Sunday, 30 October, 2022 in Shiel Walk, Livingston, where a 53-year-old man was found injured.
A 36-year-old man is due to appear at Livingston Sheriff Court on Monday, 31 October, 2022.”
