A man has been charged after over €1 million worth of heroin and cocaine was seized from a Dublin home on Thursday.
A man and woman, both in their 50s, were arrested in relation to the seizure. They were both being held in Dundrum Garda Station. The drug raid occurred shortly before 7.30pm on Thursday evening. Heroin worth €560,000 and cocaine worth €490,000 was seized.
The man will appear before the Criminal Court this morning at 10:30am. The woman has been released without charge with a file being prepared for the DPP.

A garda spokesman said: "A man in his 50s has been charged following the €1m drug seizure in Dublin 18 on Thursday, 20th October 2022. The man is set to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin this morning, Saturday, 22nd October 2022 at 10:30am.
"The woman in her 50s who was arrested in connection with this seizure has been released without charge. A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions."
