Man charged after ‘flashing school children’ waiting at bus stop in Stamford Hill

A man will appear in court charged with indecent exposure after being accused of flashing a group of schoolchildren in north London.

Police received a report of a man exposing himself in front of kids waiting at a bus stop in Egerton Road, Stamford Hill at roughly 4.30pm on Tuesday, 9 May.

Officers soon caught up with the suspect who was subsequently arrested onboard a bus.

Wilson Moran, 46, of Baronet Road, Tottenham, was charged on Wednesday with one count of exposure.

He will appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

Detectives are still keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident.
