Man charged in connection with 'disturbance' at Scots home

A man has been charged in connection with an alleged disturbance at a Scots property. Emergency services rushed to a home on Strowan Road, Grangemouth, around 6.50pm on Wednesday.

A 32-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the alleged incident. Police on Thursday have confirmed the man has since been charged and will appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday.

Three riot vans and a police car were spotted at the scene as officers dealt with the incident last night.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.50pm on Wednesday, October 19, officers were called to a report of a disturbance at a property on Strowan Road, Grangemouth.

“A 32-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident. He is due to appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Thursday, October 20.”
