South Wales Police made an arrest and seized a vehicle as they dealt with a number of driving offences on Wednesday night. Officers arrested a man suspected of driving while disqualified for failing to provide a breath specimen after a crash at junction 34 of the M4.
South Wales Police Roads Policing Unit said on Twitter: “Male arrested for failing to provide a breath specimen and driving whilst disqualified following an RTC a J34 M4. No persons injured.”
Three other incidents happened in the Mumbles area of Swansea. A driver who officers observed travelling at speed was reported for driving without a valid MOT or insurance policy.
Another driver was handed a Section 59 warning for driving in an erratic manner. And another erratically driven vehicle was later seized at junction 47 of the M4 after checks revealed that the driver did not hold a valid licence or insurance.
