A man has been arrested and charged for allegedly taking intimate images without consent on Sydney’s Bronte Beach.
At about 3.40pm on Sunday, January 26, a 63-year-old man was arrested at the popular beach after officers responded to complaints regarding his behaviour, including allegedly taking “intimate images” without consent.
Shortly after, the man was taken to Waverly Police Station, where he was charged with three counts of intentionally recording intimate images without consent and three counts of behaving in an offensive manner near a public place, the Daily Telegraph reports.
The man was refused bail and is set to appear at Parramatta Local Court today.
