A man has been arrested in Spain after he was "caught smoking in the toilets" on a flight from Belfast to Alicante.
Police met the passenger after the 4.15pm flight from Belfast arrived in the Spanish airport after they were found to have been behaving disruptively.
A passenger onboard the plane told Belfast Live that the man had been caught smoking in the toilets of the plane after the alarm went off.

They said that the cabin crew acted very quickly and the passenger was calm after being confronted, with the captain of the plane informing the flight about what had happened.
An easyJet spokesperson said: “We can confirm that flight EZY6703 from Belfast to Alicante yesterday was met by police on arrival in Alicante due to a passenger behaving disruptively.
“easyJet’s cabin crew are trained to assess and evaluate all situations and to act quickly and appropriately to ensure that the safety of the flight and other passengers is not compromised at any time.
“Whilst such incidents are rare we take them very seriously because the safety and wellbeing of passengers and crew is always easyJet's priority.”
