A suspect has been arrested in connection with the murder of Thomas Bowers in Glasgow.
Authorities were called to Auchinloch Street in the city at around 5.25am on Friday, 14 April after receiving reports of concern for two men.
Thomas Bowers, 33, from Glasgow was pronounced dead at the scene while a 52-year-old man was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Police have now confirmed that a 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and that their investigation remains ongoing
A police spokesperson said: "A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the death of Thomas Bowers at Auchinloch Street in Glasgow on Friday, 14 April.
"A 52-year-old man was seriously injured in the same incident. Enquiries remain ongoing."
