A man has been arrested after dinosaur bones and fossils were stolen during a break-in. Police said the fossils were among a 'large quantity of items' also including two guitars, a mandolin, jewellery and power tools, taken during a burglary in Buxton.
A 57-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary, criminal damage and stalking. He has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for information about the break-in, which took place between December 27 and 29 in Hardwick Square West. Officers say they are keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered any of the stolen items for sale.
They also urging anyone with dashcam footage or CCTV from the area at the time to come forward.
