A Lanarkshire man has been arrested and charged after police seized over £40,000 worth of drugs at two addresses in Cumbernauld.
Police Scotland confirmed a 47-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, February 28 and charged with multiple drug offences.
That's after officers recovered over £40,000 worth of cocaine and approximately £3000 worth of heroin.
Cops uncovered the drugs after searching two addresses on Greenrig Road in the town.
Over £1300 of cash was also seized at the property.
The man was due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court in connection with the matter.
