A man has admitted murdering a woman whose body was found in a western Sydney park a year ago.
Chulsoo Jung appeared briefly in the NSW Supreme Court on Friday when Justice Robert Allan Hulme set down his sentence hearing for September 16.
A Korean interpreter will be required for the hearing which is expected to last one day.
The 55-year-old pleaded guilty in February to murdering Min Sook Moon, 49, who was reported missing by her family on March 10 after she failed to make contact with them.
She was last seen walking along Rawson St in Epping on the afternoon of March 8.
Police determined she entered a vehicle in a car park on the same street that day.
Jung was arrested on March 21 after attending Eastwood police station.
Officers went to a park at Silverwater and found Ms Moon's body later that day.
At the time her son Adam said the family was "devastated" and "still coming to terms" with her loss.
"We have all been deeply affected by this tragedy, and it is very hard to know that she will never be coming home after being so cruelly taken from us," he said in a statement.
"On behalf of our family, we want to thank the community for sharing our appeals for information, and also thank those who provided information to the police."
