A man was arrested and had items seized after an allegation of child grooming.
Merseyside Police were called to an area of Birkenhead on Sunday, September 18 after it was alleged a man was engaging in sexual communication with a child. The 64-year-old man was later arrested and taken into custody.
A number of electrical items were seized by officers and will be examined by investigators.

The man was released on conditional bail pending further enquiries.
A spokesperson from Merseyside Police said: "We have arrested a 64 year-old Wirral man on suspicion of engaging in sexual communication with a child. Please be mindful that this is a live investigation."
