A man has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in west Dublin this evening.
The victim, in his 40s, was injured on the Main Street of Ongar this evening at around 7pm.
He was rushed to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown where he is in serious condition.

The scene has been sealed off as a major probe is underway.
Gardai will speak to witnesses and gather CCTV to establish what happened.
Garda HQ did not confirm any arrests had been made.
A spokeswoman said: "Enquiries are ongoing as this is the early stage of the investigation."
