A 24-year-old man has died in hospital following a single-vehicle crash in Bees Creek overnight, says Northern Territory Police.

About 12:15am this morning, police received a report that a Toyota Hilux carrying three passengers had rolled on Lowther Road, about 30km south of Darwin, according to a statement from NT Police.

All three passengers — two males and a female — suffered serious injuries and were transported to Royal Darwin Hospital, where the 24-year-old later died.

Detective Senior Sergeant Corey Borton said Major Crash detectives were on scene during the night investigating the circumstances around the crash.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
