A picture of young man killed in a fatal London stabbing last night has been released for the first time.
The "much loved" 20-year-old, named as Filipe by a family fundraiser which was set up in his memory, was killed after being attacked on Norwood Road in Tulse Hill at around 6pm.
Officers were called to the scene in South London and found the young man fatally wounded inside a shop on the busy road, MyLondon reports.
In a tribute to Filipe, who was a son and brother, his family said: "He was a very much loved member of our family and his loss will be felt strongly forever.
"His friends are forever going to miss his company, jokes, laugh and smile."
The young lad was described as being very spiritual and funny by those who knew him best.
The statement from loved ones continued: "Filipe was one of the funniest people you could come across, and always put his friends and family first. He would be willing to give his last pound away to someone else who needed it and shared everything he had.
"Filipe was a very spiritual person and was using this to find himself and to become the good strong young man we knew he would grow to be."
His family are hoping to give the young man a fitting send off, and have set up a fundraiser to raise funds for his funeral. You can view it here.
Police have been on the scene on Norwood Road all day today after the incident last night.
Forensics officers are continuing to try and gather evidence on the shocking attack.
