Malik Tillman believes Rangers have not reached top level yet and expects an improved performance against Celtic.
Michael Beale's men made it four wins on the bounce under the new boss after a 3-0 win over Motherwell at Ibrox. The USA international - on loan from German giants Bayern Munich - was amongst the goals as he netted in front of his family in Govan. Despite the convincing result, the 20-year-old believes there is much more to come from the Light Blues and has called on them to show that in the Old Firm derby.
Ange Postecoglou and his Hoops go into the game nine points clear at the top. Victory would move them 12 points ahead while a win for Beale and Co would reduce the difference to six with plenty of football to be played.
Speaking to Rangers TV after last night's win, Tillman said: "We won but I think in the first half, we didn't reach our level. In the second half, it was a bit better, but all in all, I think we can still improve a lot and hopefully we are going to give a better game on Monday.
"I am always happy to score or assist and today I got it also in front of my family, so that pleased me a lot. We are going to keep looking forward and try to win the other coming games as well."
On Alfredo Morelos - who also bagged a goal - he added: "Alfredo is a good guy, a funny guy. He tries to score goals every single game and I try to help him in that case.
"I try to help the team as best as I can and fortunately it happens quite a lot to help him as well."
