Rangers should 'definitely' make Malik Tillman's stay a permanent one because the valuation of £5million is a 'steal'.
That is the view of former Rangers defender Alan Hutton who insists the Ibrox side must not sleep on triggering a deal with Bayern Munich for the 20-year-old. Reports suggest the American could turn his loan move in to a permanent transfer after Michael Beale revealed Sporting Director Ross Wilson was 'working away in the background' in brokering terms with the Bundesliga giants.
Tillman has been integral to Beale's team since he arrived this year, with the youngster's performances also impressing under previous boss Gio Van Bronckhorst. And former full-back Hutton reckons the valuation of Rangers' buy clause would be 'a steal' for the midfielder's services.

Asked if Rangers should trigger the deal, Hutton told Football Insider: “Definitely. I think they are talking around £5million.
“The talent is there for everyone to see and I think the one thing we need to remember is that he is only a young boy, so there is going to be inconsistencies with his performances, that is just normal at that age.
“I think because everybody has seen what he is capable of you just expect it week in, week out. There is room for improvement there so I think he fits the mould of Michael Beale and what he wants the team to look like moving forward.
“I think if they could get him for that price I think it would be a steal really.“
