A modern three-bedroom apartment is for sale at the glamorous Fitzrovia address Matthew Perry once called home.
Friends star Perry rented the penthouse at 50 Bolsover Street while performing in The End of Longing in the West End.
The penthouse was listed for sale for just shy of £7 million in 2016 and is thought to have sold for nearly £9.5 million three years later.
A fourth-floor home currently for sale through Marsh & Parsons has an underground parking space, round-the-clock concierge and ultra-prime location near Regents Park and Marylebone High Street. The asking price is £2.2 million and service charge is £13,000 a year.
Marsh & Parsons agent Paul Sulkin said recent interest has come from Americans or "anyone with dollars" — so Chinese, Middle Eastern and American buyers — who are getting lots for their money with the dollar particularly strong against the pound in the wake of the Chancellor's mini Budget.
The block, called Fitzrovia Apartments, has 70 luxury flats and penthouses.
In addition to the three-bedroom flat for sale, there’s also a four-bedroom penthouse with 2,600sq ft roof terrace currently listed for £11 million.
