Majority Of Americans Support Mass Deportation Of Illegal Migrants

A recent poll has revealed that a majority of Americans are in support of the mass deportation of migrants living illegally in the United States. The poll, which was released on Wednesday, indicated that a significant portion of Republicans and Independents back this policy, while only a quarter of Democrats share the same view.

According to the poll results, approximately 54% of all respondents either 'strongly' or 'somewhat' support the idea of mass deportation. The data also highlighted a clear partisan divide on the issue, with around 86% of Republicans and 58% of Independents in favor of mass deportation, in contrast to just 25% of Democrats.

Immigration emerged as a key political concern for Americans, ranking second on the list of priorities among respondents. Inflation topped the list with 57% of respondents expressing concern, while immigration followed closely behind at 39%.

When it comes to handling immigration, respondents favored Trump over Harris, with 44% supporting Trump and 34% favoring Harris on this issue.

The poll was conducted from September 13 to September 15 and involved interviews with 1,027 individuals aged 18 and above. The margin of error for the poll is +/- 3.6 percentage points at a 95% confidence level.
