As of now, the duration of the ground stop remains uncertain. The FAA has stated that an update on the situation will be provided by 5 a.m. ET.
This incident comes shortly after a recent Microsoft outage that caused Frontier Airlines to halt operations for several hours on Thursday. However, the ground stop for Frontier Airlines has since been lifted.
