The third phase was approved by Gedling Borough Council's Planning Committee on Wednesday, June 22. It will consist of 44 two-bed homes, 61 three-bed homes, 115 four-bed homes, and 35 five-bed homes.

However, just 13 of these will be affordable homes - equating to five per cent. So far around 220 dwellings, a primary school and a care home have been completed at the site.
