The wife of Donegal heartthrob Daniel O'Donell has hit out at Eamonn Holmes for what she described as "disgusting" comments about Philip Schofield.
Majella O'Donnell took to Twitter to make her feelings known on how she felt the GB News star was treating the former ITV presenter.
Mrs O'Donnell posted a scrteengrab of a news article from 2021 about Holmes’ ‘feud’ with former GMTV co-presenter Anthea Turner.

Majella wrote that she thought it was “disgusting to hear” Holmes go on about Schofield, saying: “Don’t treat people the way you do. It’s disgusting to hear you going on about PS [Philip Schofield] regardless of he’s [his] misjudgements [sic].
“He did nothing illegal.” Majella’s remarks were in reference to Holmes’ latest criticism of Schofield. After a series of widely reported interviews, Holmes accused ITV of a “total cover up” on This Morning over the Schofield affair.
Schofield resigned from his presenter role amid his affair with a younger member of staff, saying the office romance was “unwise but not illegal”.
Holmes has continued to comment on the ITV scandal, saying This Morning had a “toxic” workplace culture.
But Majella had “enough” of Holmes comments, writing in an earlier post that the Northern Irish host was being “toxic” - telling Holmes to “shut up”.
A fed-up Majella said: “Enough is enough! Talk about toxic!! He made a mistake and apologised. Move on. Are you perfect? You most certainly are not so be a professional and shut up.”
Majella declined to talk any further about her comments against Holmes, telling the Irish Mirror : “Said all I need to say”.
A rep for Eamonn has been contacted for comment.
