Maison Sirivannavari's first haute joaillerie collection, unveiled in December 2021, marked the 16th anniversary of the fashion house. The collaboration with Gems Pavilion continues with a second chapter of 30 pieces designed by creative director Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya.
The designs of the new Sublime collection come to life through an array of precious stones enhanced by Gems Pavilion's craftsmanship.
Reinterpretations of emblematic animals include La Broche Paon Rose boasting a fluid white gold plumage set with diamonds, along with pear-shaped stones that resemble eyes on a peacock's tail. The 5.39-carat cabochon rose opal on its body symbolises luck and protectiveness.
A 10.76-carat oval Ceylon royal blue sapphire along with a 1.2-carat pear-shaped diamond suspend from the pedestal of L'éléphant Bleu Brooch. This white and yellow gold piece further shimmers with diamonds and deep-blue sapphires while the stylised lines evoke the pachyderm's majestic movement.
The playful combination of precious stones in different colours, cuts and sizes is displayed in the white gold Pegasus Brooch. Rectangular aquamarines and buff-topped baguette sapphires graphically outline the mane, and a 2.79-carat oval aquamarine serves as an eye cap and strap junction. Moreover, a pear-shaped aquamarine suspends from a triangular diamond and a round-cut stone adorns the horseshoe.
The U-shape of a horseshoe is positioned alongside an 8.8-carat oval Ceylon blue sapphire on the white gold La Victoire necklace, with white diamonds contrasting black enamels.
Also in white gold, Allure Ribbon pieces appeal with a delicate openworked bowknot, evoking a silky satin ribbon, embellished with diamonds and rubies. The bowknot charmingly pairs with a Pegasus for the earrings.
An interplay of shapes, motifs and precious stones is exalted in the pink gold Constellation set, which include a star-shaped ring twinkling with diamonds, five sapphires each in a different colour, and a central opal, not to mention the adjacent yellow sapphire.
The transformable Vert Sublime choker features diamonds, emerald beads, Agoya pearls and a magnificent rare emerald of 39.818 carats from Zambia. Along with the signature S, the Jewel of Kings centre the detachable central motif, which can be worn as a brooch.
An intricate technique is used to thread the white pearls and emerald beads for a flexible structure that caresses the neckline or wrist when functioning as a choker or a bracelet.
Besides being talismans, the Sublime high-jewellery pieces are practical for wear from day to night and also can be matched for different occasions as well as to the wearer's mood.
