The event, which began on Friday, will be held this year at the Everglades Hotel with full bar and restaurant facilities and free car parking. There will also be a tattoo competition, and tattoo supplies on offer.
The event will be on until 9pm on Saturday (July 30), while on Sunday (July 31) it's on between 10:30am to 6pm.
Zac Deeney, who owns Maiden City Ink and organises the annual event, told MyDerry that over 60 tattoo artists will be in attendance this year.
He said: "Maiden City Ink brings both artists and clients together in the one place to give the most tattooed, or even first-time people, a greater opportunity to get tattooed from someone, be it from another country or the other end of Ireland, but in a friendly relaxed atmosphere
"We have over 60 artists to choose and people are actually really amazed how tattooing is created from paper to skin. People can see it for themselves instead of watching it on television, and anyone can get tattooed providing they are the legal age of 18.
"We charge a £5 entrance fee because we feel that this is affordable. After all, people also have to pay the artists for tattooing, but even if you just want to come along and grab a beer, it's still a great day out."
