Married At First Sight UK star Matt Murray has shared an unrecognisable transformation photo of what he looked like before his gym transformation.
The reality TV contestant appeared on the E4 show on the look out for love in 2022 and initially impressed his bride Gemma Rose with his muscular appearance and tattoos – although their romance wasn't to last.
Yet the personal trainer hasn't always looked ripped, as he showed off his huge transformation on social media with a side-by-side pictures to compare his look before and after.
One showed him with his top off and just two tattoos. The other showed his impressive six-pack and a collection of inkings around his chest and on his arms.
He captioned it: "Put the work in now and your future self will thank you. Link in bio for all coaching Enquiries."
Matt's fans were impressed as one wrote: "Serious transformation."
"Great transformation," added another whilst someone else said: "Goals! Both physique and tattoos!"
One fan gushed: "Looks like a different person Like the sweetest champagne now."

The Yorkshire-born star is now offering an even more intimate look into his workouts and has been selling pictures on OnlyFans.
Away from working as a personal trainer, Matt often offers motivational speaking and has expressed his desire to have his social media filled with fewer "thirst trap" style pictures.
A source said: "Matt's seen the success people have had from posting on the platform as another source of income.
"He's not posting explicit material as he still wants to help people with motivational speaking but he wants his 'thirst traps' to be less of a priority on his Instagram page."
Since appearing on the programme with Gemma Rose, who he later dumped in favour of Whitney Hughes, Matt enjoyed a romance with Marilyse Corrigan, who had appeared on MAFS during a different series.
The whirlwind romance saw them jet off to Turkey as well as barber Matt being introduced to her teenage sons Callum, 17, and Josh, 14 and the pair even planned for a marriage one day.
Yet the couple split and Marilyse hit out at Matt for being "needy", admitting the relationship became too intense for her.
"Matt likes to have all of your attention when you're in a relationship with him. He was needy and couldn't understand why I couldn't be his all the time," the personal trainer told new! magazine.
"I wouldn't call them red flags, but there were times when he'd question me about silly things - things that were unnecessary - and then question me about them again.
"So I started feeling on edge around him."
