Not that anyone cares or anything, but I literally took ONE WEEK off and MAFS 2025 literally imploded into the shit house.
That being said, it looks like the drama will not be coming to a halt because one of our MAFS faves is allegedly getting wrangled into some big reality TV drama with another bride.
In a mammoth tea spill to online publisher Chattr, a MAFS 2025 insider has revealed that Jamie Marinos and Lauren Hall will be butting heads during the Couples Retreat.
Here’s what we know about the Married At First Sight fight between Jamie Marinos and Lauren Hall
Their rumoured clash comes as no surprise because Lauren was already talking major trash about fane-fave Jamie during the season’s Hen’s Party, where she described the bride as “boganic”.
“I mean, she’s lovely, but in the real world, we wouldn’t be friends,” Lauren revealed when asked about her first impressions of her spunky co-star.
According to the insider, things are rumoured to reach boiling point when both Jamie and Awhina Rutene called out Lauren during the Couples Retreat for talking badly about her fellow brides.
“Basically, Lauren thinks everyone except for Rhi Disljenkovic and Carina Mirable are drunk bogans, trolls, scruffy, messy and gross, and she doesn’t want to associate with them. She’s sticking her nose up at the rest of the brides,” the MAFS source told the publication.
“Jamie and Awhina decide to call Lauren out for her behaviour at the Girls’ Night during the Couples Retreat, saying, ‘It’s really rude that you’re calling us these horrible names behind our back’.”
Despite being put on the hot seat, Lauren reportedly stood her ground and expressed her dislike for her co-stars. The insider also added that Lauren’s husband (Clint Rice) and Jamie’s hubby (Dave Hand) are later dragged into the messy drama.
“Plus, Jamie then calls out Carina and Rhi, because they were standing up for Lauren. Jamie was saying, ‘How could you stand up for this girl that slags us all off?'” the source continued.
Look, with the way Lauren spoke about Jamie during the Hen’s Party, I just knew something was going to happen between them.
Such a shame since I was fanging a redemption arc for Lauren. Such a shame.
